Ary Choueke is a senior associate in the Firm’s real estate practice group. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University School of Law in 1989. Mr. Choueke graduated from Georgetown University in 1982, with a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service degree. Mr. Choueke specializes in real estate transactions and lender representation, and has significant experience representing commercial banks in real estate-secured financing transactions. He has handled a large number of loan-related transactions for various lenders in connection with their multi-billion dollar portfolios of properties located in various states, and has represented a major national residential developer in land acquisitions.
