Luis A. Pérez, Esq.

Luis A. Pérez is a member and principal of the Firm. He joined RREPV in June 1987, from the accounting profession, where he was an auditor and tax consultant practicing in the real estate, healthcare and hospitality industries and in the areas of individual, corporate and partnership taxation. Mr. Pérez is a Certified Public Accountant and received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami and received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with high honors, in Accounting from Florida International University.

Mr. Pérez’ practice includes all aspects of the Firm’s real estate and corporate areas and servicing clients in the areas of estate and tax planning, probate and guardianship. He has lectured before different industry groups/associations on numerous topics concerning his practice areas. Mr. Pérez is a past Director of the Latin Builders Association and participates in various civic and charitable organizations in the community, including the Miami-Dade County Brownsfields Oversight Committee, the Miami-Dade School Board Land Acquisition and Facilities Oversight Board, the FIU College of Business Administration Alumni Circle and St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church. He is fluent in Spanish.
