Mac S. Phillips, Esq.

Mr. Phillips is a trial attorney admitted to practice in Florida’s trial and appellate courts and the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.  Mr. Phillips devotes his practice to the prosecution and defense of a broad variety of complex commercial matters, encompassing real estate, banking, construction, and contract and business torts.  Mr. Phillips is also regularly retained to handle catastrophic personal injury cases, as well as certain matrimonial and family matters. Mr. Phillips graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. During law school, Mr. Phillips received the President's Award for Outstanding Contributions to the University of Florida and served in the Attorney General's Office of the University of Florida Honor Court. He received his B.A. in Criminology from the University of Florida in 1995, where he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.

Mr. Phillips is a member of The Florida Bar, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Miami-Dade County Bar Association, the Miami-Dade County Trial Lawyers Association, The Federal Bar Association, and the Next Generation at Douglas Gardens Home and Hospital for the Aged.
