RRPEV - Rasco, Reininger, Perez, Ezquenazi & Vigil International and Public Law Firm
Areas of Practice
Government/Environmental Land Use
RRPEV manages a growing practice in governmental, environmental and land use law. Virtually all real estate transactions are now impacted in some way by governmental regulations. Our lawyers routinely handle the processing of projects for private landowners, including large-scale residential, industrial and commercial developments. Representation may begin early in the process when a concept is proposed for vacant land and the representation will continue through the contract negotiations, land planning and zoning phases to the issuance of building permits and certificates of occupancy.
Our Firm has also represented municipalities in leasing and real estate transactions. Our attorneys have substantial experience in handling zoning applications, for both residential commercial projects throughout South Florida, to efficiently assist our clients in complying with government regulations. This avoids costs and unexpected problems. Additionally, our Firm has assisted clients in negotiations for large-scale projects in the public arena by counseling clients during virtually every stage of the public procurement process, from submission of bids, making presentations, negotiation of proposals through performance. Clients new to government contracting have benefited particularly from our advice in coping with the unique intricacies of conducting business with any government entity.
