RRPEV's litigation group includes board certified business litigators with extensive trial and appellate experience in both the state and federal systems, including bench and jury trials. The Firm handles complex business disputes in the areas of banking, securities, corporate, labor, and real estate. One of the Firm's concentrated litigation practice areas is securities arbitration/litigation.
